The specific purposes for which this California non-profit public benefit corporation is organized are to promote, enhance, and finance charitable, educational, literary, scientific or prevention of cruelty to animals activities through grants and contributions to organizations described in Sections 501(c)(3), 2055, and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code, including, but not limited to, organizations which conduct or sponsor charitable or educational programs related to domesticated animals.
