Ms. Schmidt has her Master's degree in Education with a concentration in Art Education. She worked as an Elementary Art teacher for 8 years before joining Extras for Creative Learning. Under her leadership membership has grown 400% and the number of Materials donors has doubled. Ms. Schmidt looks forward to starting a planned giving program in order to create a solid foundation for program sustainability; the first in E.x.C.L.'s 28 year history.
