Mission Statement
To raise the academic achievement of urban public school children, leading them to succeed in school and beyond. We use the resources of technology to educate teachers, parents and students, as our cornerstone and integrated approach for attaining improved educational outcomes.

Mr. Hill has worked in the field of Information Technology for more than 30 years, in positions of increased responsibility. He has worked for Digital Equipment Corporation, acquired by Compaq Computer Corporation, acquired by Hewlett Packard Corporation in software development, systems analysis, project and program management and customer service management. He has worked as a consultant to numerous Fortune 100 companies. Prior to leaving Hewlett Packard to lead the Concept Foundation, he was a Global Program Manager for a multi-million dollar customer program. There he managed a program team that oversaw planning, design, implementation and support to more than forty full-time Engineers, who maintained hardware and software on 14,000 computer systems and servers worldwide, for a global manufacturing company. He has received numerous awards for technology and management excellence. Mr. Hill is a Technology Advisor on the Connecticut Community Technical College Technology Committee. Mr. Hill is a community volunteer in New Haven and a mentor at Timothy Dwight Elementary School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
