Since July 2003

Chief Executive Profile:

Two months after moving into a new, 8,600-sq.- ft facility, the Board of Directors and Members of the Corporation appointed Mary Galeone, RSM and Joseph S. Dirr as Co-Directors of Mercy Center.
Mr. Dirr joined the staff of Mercy Center in 2003. He served there as Senior Vice President of Operations from 1994, responsible for directing long-term operational improvement projects for client organizations in both the private and the public sectors as well as shorter term assessment assignments. CEO/Executive Director Statement:

Athough many individuals strive to improve their lives, they often face obstacles that can seem insurmountable.  Mercy Center helps by providing a helping hand instead of a handout -- a boost of self-esteem that makes Mercy Center participants more likely to succeed because their success is of their own doing.
