Mr. Peter C. Carpino
Chief Executive Profile:
Mr. Carpino began his tenure as president of the United Way of Greater Rochester in April of 2005. Prior to that, he served for 10 years as president of the United Way of Greater Lehigh Valley, the third largest United Way in Pennsylvania. Under his direction, the Lehigh Valley annual campaign grew 51% between 1995 and 2000, representing a net dollar increase of nearly $3.8 million. Mr. Carpino holds a Bachelor's degree from St. John Fisher College, a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. from the Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.
