Leadership Statement:
The American Dream starts at Monroe Community College.
Community Colleges enroll 6.5 million students - almost half of all undergraduates - and nearly 70% of community college students are enrolled in transfer programs. The rise in community college enrollment mirrors the demand for economic revitalization. By attracting talented, creative people with the intellectual firepower essential for growth, MCC helps translate knowledge in to jobs.
Every Bright Future Needs a Stong Foundation will provide financial assistance to students with unmet financial need, those demonstrating academic excellence and those seeking workforce training. Additionally, it will support program initiatives and unique opportunities for MCC students to learn and thrive.
And, most importantly, it will enable deserving students to achieve their educational dream and graduate from a degree or certificate program at MCC.
