This facility will have a unique three studio design which will provide individual space with sufficient room for the successful performance of our scheduled activities. Our objectives are multifaceted. The goal of our fitness programs is to improve the overall physical well being of all our members. This includes; helping them to achieve greater stamina and vitality, reduce stress, maintain an enhanced immune system, improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive function, and lower blood pressure. Additional benefits for seniors include improved balance and stability and additional benefits for infants include deeper bonding and stimulation through infant and toddler yoga.

Our enrichment programs will provide an outlet where community members can learn to be more peaceful and can develop and grow spiritually through meditation and prayer. Through our empowerment programs we will assist members of our community in becoming tolerant and accepting of all people regardless of their religious, ethnic, or cultural backgrounds. We aspire to help each member achieve excellence in all aspects of their lives. The establishment of common ground creates an environment where tolerance and acceptance of self as well as others thrives and flourishes. This allows for individual growth and development of a more cohesive, tolerant community. Through our charitable events, we will provide an opportunity for our community members to give back. We will encourage the philosophy of giving through community activism and provide opportunities where individuals can practice the art of charitable contribution, this, with the ultimate goal of creating a safer, more humane and peaceful planet.
