Chief Executive Profile:

Kathleen Patton began her first NPO at age 24.  Ms. Patton organized a Community Center, which became a core venue to hold events for artists, business owners and other non-profit organizations in the Phoenix AZ area.  Kathleen founded CDD in 2004 and has been its CEO, President and Executive Director for the past 6 years.

CEO/Executive Director Statement:

Nearly one million people are incarcerated for a drug offense in our country. Offenses have often been committed in the act of obtaining money to supply the drugs for these untreated addicts. This circumstance places these adults in a never-ending cycle of abuse and incarceration.  CDD's supports adults who are working to turn their lives around by offering computer training to those in recovery.  The key is offering training during the recovery process when the person is seeking assistance.
