Chief Executive Profile:
Ursula Raczak is the Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks (BBBSBC). At BBBSBC, Ursula oversees the Programming, Development, Events, and Finance arms of the agency.
Recently, the agency has received 145K from BBBSA and OJJDP as well as a grant from PCCD to promote a Hispanic Iniatitive within Bucks County.
Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, Ursula served as Deputy Executive Director, Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at its Philadelphia office, where she worked since 1993. Ursula oversaw prioritycampaigns with a combined budget of 4.2M. Ursula was also the Interim Executive Director for the chapter in 2008, increasing net revenue and attaining the budgetary goal for the first time in 3 years.
Ursula is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

For the past two years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County has been nationally recognized for delivering the highest quality program services. As the premiere mentoring agency in Bucks County, our staff understand that longer, stronger matches will help us instill greater confidence in our Littles, help them learn to avoid risky behaviors and achieve greater successes in school. Your support, either thru time, talent or treasure, is needed to help the over 500 children currently waiting for a Big Brother or Big Sister.

Program Description:
Community Based Mentoring
In this match a Volunteer is matched with a Little ages ranging from 7-14 which are referred to our agency by Community agencies, schools, churches, hospitals and professionals.
School-Based mentoring
A School-Based mentor collaborates with corporate partners who recruite employees to serve as mentors.
High-School "Bigs"
Trained high school students serve as "Big" Brothers or Sisters to elementary school students who are referred to us by guidance councelors or teachers.
Our agency uses this program in conjunction with Bucks County Juvenile Court as well as Children and Youth.
It costs approximately $1,200.00 per year/per match to maintain each match made in any of our programs.
