Program Description:

The Fight for Sight Awards program accepts proposals from researchers around the world proposing promising avenues of research and experience in universities, hospitals and eye institutes. Our niche is the support of young, emerging leaders in the field of vision research. Awards are selected by a prominent scientific panel chosen by the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. Approximately 60 awards are made each year through student fellowships, post-doctoral fellowships and grants-in-aid. Donors are assured that only outstanding young researchers are chosen for awards for worthwhile research projects.
