Impact Statement
We have been forever touched by the people of Haiti. We are medical
doctors, teachers, pastors, academic researchers, builders, mechanics,
missionaries, young, old, Haitians and Americans. Most of all, we are
those who have a desire to touch the Haitian people with the passion
that is in our hearts. Aid for Haiti exists to share the love of Christ
with the people of Haiti through compassionate health care, spiritual
ministry and training for service.

Program Description:
We provide medical work for the area of Petit Goave, Haiti, an area of 150,000 people that have very basic medical care. This is based out of the small community of Lakul.

Program Description:
Traveling to three main remote, mountainous areas within Haiti, we provide the only health care in the immediate region. This program is an ongoing program to connect remote villages that have never received care to compassionate heath care and the love of Christ. Thousands of dollars of medication and supplies are taken into the most remote parts of Haiti during these outreach programs.

Program Description:
After uncovering a pocket of iodine deficiency and cretinism in the remote mountains of Haiti, we began a treatment program. This disease causes sever mental retardation in these mountains and is prevented with only one pill a year.

Pastors in the remote areas of Haiti work throughout their lives in ministry without any training. We provide basic biblical training to these individuals to further reach those who are located in the most remote areas. This multiplies our effectiveness in reaching the unreached many times over.
