- Population Served:

Children and Youth (infants - 19 years.)
Program Description:
We are building a school for over 200 HIV/AIDS orphans and street children in a community called Asebu near Cape Coast in Ghana. The community is one of the poorest in the country.
The school will be 7 classrooms, a computer/library room, three toilet facilities, a kitchen and vast land for them to learn entrepreneurial skills. The children will be given practical training in farming and vocational skills through hands-on methods. Blue Kitabu is developing an innovative teacher training so that the teacher will know how to perform applied learning techniques.
