Mission Statement
<p><strong>Mission</strong><strong> Statement:</strong></p>
<p>The Make Some Noise: Cure Kids Cancer Foundation, Inc. was established by a child with cancer with one purpose in mind: to fund pediatric cancer research. To that end, the foundation serves as a vehicle to secure private funding to distribute to research facilities and promote awareness through its fundraising activities. The designation of funds to various research facilities is cancer specific and based on the foundation’s annual evaluation of the latest research. </p>

Program Description:
<div>The National Angel Quilt features images, names and ages of children who have lost their battles with cancer. These beautiful children may have lost the cancer battle, but all are the most inspiring heroes and have earned thier angel wings.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>The Angel Quilt will honor these angles of pediatric cancer, and we are very excited to bring Pediatric Cancer Awareness to the country in such a beautiful and meaingful way. The National tour begins during pediatric cancer awareness month in September 2011.</div>
Program Long-Term Success:
<div>The Quilt will tour the country, with publicity, and visually impacts viewers. This tour and its impact will help raise awareness for pediatric cancer on a national level, and in turn help raise the necessary funds to research the cures for these devistating diseases.</div>
Program Short-Term Success:
<div>The quilt is currently in production. It is challenging to find the angels for the quilt, but we are networking through families who have/had children with cancer.</div>
Program Success Monitored by:
<div>The success of the quilt will be determined by the number of children featured on the quilt, the attendance at the various venues around the country, and ultimately, the impact the tour has on our fundraising intiatives for research.</div>
Program Success Examples:
<div>As the quilt is still in production, the only measure of success is the inflow of angels for the quilt, and how the tour schedule is shaping up. We have had a wonderful response from the hosting venues across the country.</div>
