Grief Support Group: Twice-monthly group for those who have lost an adult loved one to cancer.

Program Description:
Family Consultation:Our children’s specialists are available to meet with parents or other family members to discuss concerns about issues with children. Children’s specialists are also available to provide short term counseling for children and teens.
Parachutes: Group for children who need ongoing support related to the cancer diagnosis of an adult family member.
Teen Talk: Monthly group for teens who have or have had cancer, ages 13-18, to gather with other young people in a fun and supportive environment to talk about life and the cancer experience.
Fuel Your Engine: Learn about the "healthy mind-healthy body" connection in this hands-on cooking class for parents and their children. Explore the wonderful world of plant based eating through delicious and easy to make foods that will help keep your family’s engine running all day!
KidShop: A twice-monthly workshop for children of all ages who have an adult family member with cancer. This support program, utilizing art, play, and discussion, provides creative opportunities for children and their parents to interact with families in similar situations.
Bridges Bereavement Group for Families: Twice-monthly group for parents/guardians and children ages 6-18 where there has been a death of an adult loved one from cancer. Includes expressive age specific group activities and a concurrent support group for parents/guardians.

Program Description:
Mandala Making: Come experience the power of the “magic circle” as a way of pulling together the scattered parts of life and finding order and well-being. We will use various mediums such as paint, collage, clay and silk dyeing.
Zen Garden: Inspired by traditional Japanese Zen gardens, create a clay replica to use for meditation and relaxation. No experience necessary, come and enjoy the process and results.
Silk Scarf Painting: Discover, enjoy and create fine radiant art on silk. Participants will paint their own fabulous silk scarf.
Finding Balance through Art: Using sculptural materials such as clay, wire and wood, we will create images that represent our strengths and bring balance to our lives.
Writing Ways - Words That Heal: Using the Amherst Writers and Artists method, this workshop provides a safe, supportive environment where writing can emerge from the deepest places.
Felt for Fun: Learn how to use needles and wool to put unique designs on your clothing or art! Bring a plain wool sweater or one with a hole or stain.
Knitting Circle: A group for those who have some experience knitting or crocheting. Participants will have the opportunity to reflecton their cancer journey as they create comfort shawls or chemo caps.
Healing Power of Drumming: This interactive drumming circle will teach the healing powers ofdrumming and help you decrease stress. Drums will be provided or you can bring your own. Families welcome.
Spirit Dolls: Create sacred dolls to bring power and peace, to guard and protect using different kinds of materials.
