Mission Statement
To provide the information, support, and encouragement parents need to help their
children develop optimally during
the crucial early years of life. The goals of PATLC are:
1) Increase parent knowledge of early childhood development and improve parenting practices.
2) Provide early detection of developmental delays and health issues.
3) Increase school readiness and school success.
4) Prevent child abuse and neglect.
