Mission Statement

<div>The quality of life within most inner-cities communities is limited primarily by the ravaging effects of poverty and crime. These communities are, not by coincidence, the primary places where those with felony records call home. If these communities are to survive and eventually thrive, there must be a fundamental change in attitude, beliefs and expectations from the inside out and the bottom up within these neighborhoods. This can only happen if those (persons formerly incarcerated) who have been previously seen as the greatest nusiance and threat and therefore marginalized and disengaged begin to be seen as a potential asset and positive contributor and therefore embraced and engaged in the work to restore and revitalize these communities. </div> <div> </div> <div>Mission Statement:  to improve the public safety, economic viability and overall quality of life in urban communities by facilitating the social, economic and political re-integration of citizens with felony records and their families.</div> <div> </div> <div>Vision Statement: a nation where citizens who have paid their debt to society are valued contributors to the welfare and prosperity of their community.</div>
