ACTIVITIES Conduct a community assessment and establish permanent coalition. Identify community assets, gaps, and needs for tobacco prevention and cessation. Conduct community education on tobacco cessation issues. Develop technical, organizational and leadership capacity to mobilize the community to address tobacco use.
