Mission Statement
ARINA's exempt purposes are education, social scientific research, and charitable. Our expertise is in individual and social development and meta-level thinking, analyses, and applications. We help others work on systemic roots of issues. Our core process, TIP, is replicable for virtually all complex issues in settings at various scales. We use integral approaches that recognize social, cultural, historical, and developmental elements. We specialize at building action research, inquiry, learning, and evaluation into all endeavors. Our work complements existing social change efforts without competing with them. The ARINA acronym reflects our process philosophy: Acting/Researching/Integrating Network Associates.
