Background Statement
Urban Ed, Inc. is a community development organization whose purpose is vocational education utilizing technology. Since April 2000, our programs have served as the catalyst for systematic change among the segment of the population that has been disenfranchised due to their low income levels, their academic performance, their race and in some cases their delinquent background. We promote leadership, academic performance, and workforce preparation to enable underserved youth to be competitive members of society.
