IMR administers studies in a wide range of areas from Mental Health, Cardiology, Infectious Disease, and many more.

Established in 1989, IMR has been involved with many medical discovers and patents with a focus on bettering the lives of Veterans, with an overall gain for all people.

Recently many breakthroughs have been made with PTSD through research on Veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Dr. Kenneth Schmader helped to test Zoster vaccine for shingles. “This is a very valuable and powerful tool to reduce the pain and suffering from shingles and postherpetic neuralgia,” says Kenneth E.
