LCCC is uniquely positioned to have the greatest impact on individuals and families because of its location in direct proximity to the people it serves.  It also employ caring highly skilled adults who are passionate about ending poverty among children and families we serve. 
 
Our community-based board of directors engages in a variety of activities that put them in direct contact with the families we serve.  This hands-on view and involvement adds significant power to our lively discussions around eliminating things that do not work and advocating for those things that do work.  Our vision and our work has led to a tremendous investment in our organization by our community recently led by a $1 million gift from Kosair Charities.  We welcome your support as well.
