Program Description:
Interfaith's Family Services strives to enhance each client's self sufficiency while strengthening his/her inherent dignity and self worth. Interfaith helps with the following crisis assistance programs:
- Financial Assistance – offers payment assistance with rent, mortgage and utilities;
- Prescription Drug Assistance – provides prescription drug funding for those without medical insurance;
- Gasoline Assistance – supplies gasoline vouchers to individuals;
- Food – distributes food to individuals and families from Interfaith's Food Pantry;
- Clothing Vouchers – supplies client vouchers to be used at the Interfaith Hand Me Up Shop;
- Emergency Transitional Shelter – provides short term shelter for those who have a documented plan to achieve permanent housing;
- School Supplies – offers students school supplies, backpacks and clothing vouchers;
- Holiday Gift Assistance – Our holiday gift assistance in The Woodlands provides gifts to families and help with Christmas gifts and other holiday gifts; and
- Informational Programs and Workshops – hosts educational opportunities to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families.
Interfaith Senior Services promotes quality and independent living to senior adults age 62 and older. Senior Services programs provide guidance, resources and referral services promoting independent living and add to the quality of life of senior adults living in Interfaith's service area. Interfaith offers support and connects our senior adult neighbors through care and wellness programs and services including:
- Information and Referral – offers resources and guidance for senior adults and/or caregivers regarding senior services such as housing, in-home care, benefit options and money saving programs
- Senior Transportation – provides rides to medical appointments and the grocery store. Transportation for seniors provided by trained volunteers.
- Caregiver Conferences – hosts workshops and resources for those caring for a loved one
- Networking Meeting – holds monthly meeting for professionals who serve seniors
- Informational Programs & Workshops – hosts educational opportunities for the “how to” of senior living
- Music and Worship Services – provides music and spiritual support for seniors in long term care facilities
- Day Trips – offers opportunities for seniors to get out in the community and socialize with their peers
- Special Events – hosts a Holiday Gift Program, Senior Community Games, Sages & Scribes and “Serving our Seniors” - S.O.S.
The Hand Me Up Shop, one of the leading resale shops in Montgomery County, sells gently-used, quality clothing for the entire family, boutique items, books, toys, houseware items, home décor and furniture in good condition at affordable prices. Donations are accepted at the shop during regular store hours (see below) or at Interfaith's Central location (4242 Interfaith Way), Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.All proceeds generated from the shop benefit Interfaith's Programs and Services.
Interfaith of The Woodlands' Food Pantry is available to individuals and families who need assistance. Donations are always needed and appreciated in many forms: financial contributions, non-perishable food, infant products including diapers and formulas, personal hygiene items, paper products, cleaning supplies, and gift cards to area grocery stores. In addition, donations can also be made by buying “End Hunger” bags of groceries at Kroger Cochran's Crossing, Kroger Indian Springs, HEB Market Street, HEB Indian Springs, and Randalls Grogan's Mill. All bags purchased at theses locations come directly to Interfaith
Information and Referral Services provides vital resources to the community. Information and Referral gives helpful information regarding area resources, voting information, support groups and community events. In addition, a free medical equipment loan program is available to the general public as well as a program that allows community residents to work their court appointed community hours assisting with various projects at Interfaith of The Woodlands.

Program Description:
The Interfaith Child Development Center is a nationally accredited, state licensed school nestled within The Woodlands. Established in 1976, Interfaith Child Development Center is an amazing facility dedicated to the enrichment of children. The professional teaching staff, including a licensed nurse, helps to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for children to grow. The literature-based curriculum and low student-to-teacher ratio ensure that each child receives the best education and care.
The Center offers a variety of programs and serves approximately 400 children, 12 months through the 4th grade (Kindergarten through 4th Grade Before and After School Program), and is designed to fit the needs of the growing community.

- Summer Camps
The school is located at 5630 Rush Haven Drive, adjacent to Falconwing Park, in The Woodlands. Devoted entirely to the development of children, the building has three wings with large well-equipped classrooms and a multi-purpose room. Special enrichment features of the school include five separate age-appropriate playgrounds, a wonderful children's library, a hands-on science lab and educational computer lab, and extra-curricular activities including Spanish, tumbling and sports.

Program Description:
Established in 1975, the Publications and Residential Services Department is the longest running program of Interfaith of The Woodlands. The department is responsible for the award-winning Interfaith of The Woodlands Directory and visits and welcomes new residents of The Woodlands.
Today, the Interfaith of The Woodlands Directory is the leading source of information for The Woodlands and surrounding area. The Directory provides a complete and comprehensive directory for the community including a 1400+ page community guide to area residential and business information, village tabs with shopping information, and other valuable information.
Thanks to advertising support from the business community, Interfaith distributes over 60,000 directories to residents and businesses in The Woodlands and surrounding area. Profits from the Interfaith of The Woodlands Directory support Interfaith's Programs and Services.
