Dr. Potess is a conservation biologist with more than 25 years of experience working with conservation and development projects in Southeast Asia and Indochina. He has experience in managing all aspects of projects with USAID, DFID, World Bank, UNDP, other international institutions. and various government offices in host PRCF host countries.  Dr. Potess is co-founder of the PRCF, and acts of President Director and Chief Executive Officer for the organization.
