For the past 3 years comedian Ron White, of "Blue Collar Comedy" fame, has supported the Armed Forces Foundation by putting on an Annual Tribute Show. As Mr. White has brought his tour to Washington, D.C. in support of the troops, he is no stranger to “serving those who serve.” A veteran himself, Mr. White has demonstrated time and again his devotion to supporting our military community through his words and his actions. For each sold out show, Mr. White has donated all proceeds in support of the Armed Forces Foundation and has given complimentary tickets for each show to service members from Bethesda National Naval Medical Center. Following the shows, Mr. White stops at Walter Reed Army Medical Center to pay tribute and to host a barbecue for patients at the medical center.
