Mission Statement
The Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC), founded in 1986, is a public benefit corporation serving individuals, groups, and organizations throughout San Mateo County.
The mission of PCRC is to promote positive collaboration and active engagement by residents in the communities we serve. To accomplish this mission, PCRC trains people to communicate and solve problems together, facilitates group meetings, builds skills for public participation and, as a neutral third party, assists people in conflict to develop mutually acceptable agreements.

Ms. Jennifer Bullock
Chief Executive Profile:
Jennifer Bullock is the Executive Director of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center where she has been on staff for over 8 years. Jennifer's background is in community mediation including multi-party, complex situations. She has worked with city governments to design and facilitate public meetings, with businesses to provide training in communication skills for staff, and with groups of neighbors, co-workers, business professionals, community members and civic leaders to help them work through their disputes. Jennifer has also provided numerous hours of training to PCRC's volunteer mediators and facilitators. Jennifer earned a BA in Political Science from Bryn Mawr College in 1994 and an MA in Conflict Resolution from the McGregor School of Antioch University in 2001. Jennifer has taught an undergraduate course in conflict management at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA. She is a current member of the Board of the California Dispute Resolution Council and a founding member of the coordinating committee of the California Coalition for Community Mediation.
