July 21, 2009
Dani’s Foundation, the Colorado non profit organization whose mission is to find the cause and the cure for pediatric sarcomas - those rare forms of cancer that are affecting and taking the lives of children and young adults, is pleased to announce the addition of four new individuals to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Those new Board members are:

Bailey is the CPO*, Owner and Founder of Creative Technology Prosthetics and Orthotics, LLC. Bailey has worked in the medical community for the past twenty years. Prior to opening Creative Technology, Christian served in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman.

Bailey acts as a consultant for prosthetic manufacturers, participates in amputee support groups and volunteers with disabled sports programs. He is a guest instructor for prosthetics at Regis University.

Bailey will be assisting the Foundation with his knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic resources as these needs pertain to sarcoma patients and, thanks to his background in fine arts, Bailey will be assisting in developing new areas of development for the Foundation’s fundraising campaign to End Pediatric Sarcomas.

*CPO (Certified Prosthetist Orthotist). A CPO is a practitioner who has successfully completed a certification or degree program and residency in prosthetics and orthotics that allows him or her to practice in the field.
