Chief Executive Profile:
Executive Director Debra Marsteller, M.A., has been overseeing PI for two years and Executive Director of Vantage Foundation since 1985. As of 7/1/07 was named CEO of the merged organization which retained the Project Independence name. She has trained nationally on services to expand services and choice for people with developmental disabilities, especially those with the most significant disabilities.
