Funding Needs
In an immediate response to the economic downturn of late 2008, APCH downsized its budget from $3.2 million to $2.4 million, making judicious cuts to staff and some programs. Our fundraising events are bringing in reduced numbers, but still steady. We are steadily restoring our budget and expanding our reach to respond to the increasing needs in our service area. We are also looking at the possibility of a capital campaign to develop our campus and an adjacent building to serve more youth.
Volunteer Needs
We have a strong volunteer pool. Our needs are at the leadership levels: Board and Leadership Council (young professionals board).
