Before founding Doulos, Krista and her husband, Chad, served Young Life for seven years in camp property development in the Dominican Republic.  Krista holds a B.S. from Texas A&M in Kinesiology, a M.Ed. from Framingham State University, and a Certificate in Educational Leadership from Buffalo State University.  They have lived in the Dominican Repubic since 1995.

STATEMENT FROM THE Principal Officer

"Thank you for your interest in the Doulos Discovery School.  There is no other school in the Dominican Republic that is committed to providing an excellent education, Christian discipleship, and expeditionary learning to students from all economic backgrounds.  Over half of our graduates are currently studying in universities in the United States on scholarshiyou are impacting not that student's future, but their community as a whole."
