ANF's Nursing Research Grants Program provides an opportunity for the beginner and experienced nurse researcher to demonstrate the impact of nursing intervention on consumer health and strengthen nursing practice. Since the programs inception in 1955, ANF has supported more than 950 studies, totaling over $3.5 million.

The ANF Nursing Research Grants (NRG) Program was established in 1995, and has awarded over $3.5 million to more than 975 beginning and experienced nurse researchers who have changed policy and procedures in healthcare environments.

Funding Needs

ANF fundraising is focused on the Annual Fund and ANF Rock the Foundation Endowment to carry out and ensure the mission of ANF today and in perpetuity.  ANF accepts tax-deductible donations by direct mail, online, and phone with MasterCard and VISA.  Honor a Nurse is one way to support the Annual Fund with donations to recognize your special nurse on the ANF website: ANFonline.org.  The Legacy Wall also supports the Annual Fund as contributors are recognized on the wall upon reaching the $10,000 and above levels.  The Rock the Foundation Endowment secures funds to grow investment income to support ANF forever.  All methods of support may be accessed on the ANF website: www.ANFonline.org
