Mission Statement

FUNAmerica provides support of and promotes the charitable and educational activities of the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom..

We raise funds to help and support charitable, literary, scientific or educational activities at the University of Nottingham.

Our assistance includes:
1. The establishment of scholarships and other student aid programmes,
2. Educational and cultural programs in cooperation with the University of Nottingham and other organisations working with the university.
3. Endowment funds and other financial support for the medical, music, art history and other schools and departments of the university.
4. support for education in the United Kingdom.

US Masters Scholarship

FUN America Scholarship:
FUNAmerica In partnership with the university, awards one scholarship of $10,000 towards tuition fees . The successful student for this scholarship is selected from the
applications for the US Masters Scholarship Programme.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

are a national of (or permanently domiciled in) the USA AND
are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes AND
already have, or expect to receive, a final CGPA of no less than 3.2 AND
already hold an offer to start a full-time masters degree programme, including MRes, at Nottingham in September 2015, any subject area, excluding MBA.

Adrian is a graduate of Industrial Economics (1985) at the University of Nottingham and has worked in marketing, finance and the asset management industry for over 25 years. He joined the FUN America Board in July 2012 and was elected President in June 2015.
