Research for Organizational Learning

ReLearning Curve conducts complex, rigorous program evaluation research that are consistent with our partners' missions and sensitive to their needs and resources. Using a hands-on, management consulting approach we share our findings and analysis with program staff so that this information can be translated into improved programming. We ensure all stakeholders are aware of program strengths, as well as understand the areas in need of improvement.

Program 3

Evaluaton within Reach

Provides pro-bono or low-cost evaluation services to other non-profits serving critical needs in their communities. The impetus for Evaluation Within Reach is based on the philosophy that a lack of funding should not prevent any organization from having access to quality evaluation. The program targets non-profits that have not had a formal evaluation in the past and seek to enhance and document their effectiveness. The organizations are selected through a competitive application process and receive customized evaluation services.

Funding Needs

We are currently trying to raise $100,000 to fund the Evaluation Within Reach program. Since launching our pilot in February 2012, we have been contacted by a number of non-profits meeting the critical needs of their communities in innovative ways, but have not had the resources to document their process and potential impact. We have raised resources to select at least one organization for the program, but need additional funding to include more.
