Realizing Our Potential - No Camper Turned Away

Word of Life Camps have a 64-year track record of giving young people hope and purpose in a loving environment where they are challenged to make spiritual decisions and to live lives that impact their world.

Through the Needy Camper Scholarship Fund, young people, who would otherwise be turned away, are given a camp experience.  We are asking God for the resources to fill the equivalent of an entire week of summer camp.  We have already received funding for 500 camp scholarships for this summer.  There are 600 scholarships that still need funding.

Program 3

Revitalizing Our Core

Word of Life is a ministry with a passion for reaching people...and facilities are required to reach people.  God has blessed this ministry with facilities that are an essential part of what is being accomplished in the lives of campers, guests, and Bible Institute students.  However, decades of almost constant use has taken its toll and the need for some repairs and upgrades has reached a critical point.

International Scholarship Fund

Word of Life has been changing the lives of young people overseas through Camping since 1958 when Harry Bollback ran the first Word of Life Camp in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Since then Word of Life International youth camps have reached hundreds of thousands of young people at an average cost of only $90 per child.
