We have operated 5 rural aging in place projects in Steuben County that have successfully connected seniors in those areas to services that enable them to continue living in homes of their choice.

We are in the process of bringing Full Circle America to Steuben County. This will add technology to the mix of supports available to seniors who wish to age in place.

Program 1

There are no operating programs. Once having reached a certain level, endowment fund proceeds will be distributed to programs, such as home-delivered meals, respite care, etc., currently made available through the Steuben County Office for Aging.

    Aging in Place Club begun in June 2012. Now up to 197 members with $4697 donated.
    2008 givers to annual campaign totaled 41 with contributions of $4385.00. 2012 givers to annual campaign totaled 76 with contributions of $8240. 2015 totals include 107 with contributions of $$22,863, including $10,100 for Full Circle America Implementation. Bequest of $250,000 given in 2010. Anonymous donation of $25,000 given in 2011.
    Currently operating 4 Aging in Place Projects.
    New board members recruited in Western Steuben County.
    An increase in the number of seniors receiving services in all areas served by our Aging in Place projects.
    Newsletter distribution began in 2011 with 45 names on mailing list. Now up to 573.
