FMDI, Inc. provides programmatic and technical asssistance including, but not limited to,the following: I. Leadership Development Training and Conferences - Experienced facilators create a supportive environment where peer learning & real life problem solving help faith-based and cbo leaders retain new knowledge, build skills, and apply provien tools and techniques to their work. II. Customized Training - FMDI, Inc. provides custom designed workshops, seminars on-site for faith-based and cbo leaders. Training is delivered in various formats, including workshops or a series, seminars, financial management(including budgeting fundamentals)and grants management, board development, fundraising & sustainability strategies, strategic business partnerships for faith-based and cbos, strategic planning,working with volunteers organizational structure and logistic support or ministry development. III. Consulting and Coaching - FMDI, Inc. work with faith-based and cbo leaders to build long-term capacity within their organizations through consulting and coaching. Following our initial assessment to identify faith-based and cbo leaders needs and expectations, FMDI, Inc. design a work plan with each of them that reflects their goals and resources. IV. Strategic Business Partnerships for faith-based and cbos V. Other Consulting Services - FMDI, Inc. assist faith-based and cbo leaders with networking on issues such as access to economic, health, social and human services for their organizations; building the faith-based and cbo leaders capacity to work with private foundations, corporations, socially responsible investors and city, state and federal agencies; developing a clear mission and vision statement, and fostering a spirit of commitment to long-term goals; Assisting faith-based and cbos leaders with setting up effective menagement systems in the areas of bookkeeping, financial reporting and grants management. In addition, providing faith-based and cbo leaders with a practical automated compliance and grants management technology package that ensures compliance with donor requirements; and meeting facilitation and spiritual Retreats (facilitation of important decision-making meetings, faith-based and cbos' staff retreats, sensitive discussions, and meetings that address critical issues).
