Federal No.3 Miners Memorial, Miners Memorial Park and Veterans Marker Replacement Program  are programs dedicated to preserving our local history and culture.

As we built the park we share our property with young adults can learn there trade.  In doing that we plant a seed not only in their mind but in their heart for the Miners you died to keep the lights on for us.

WVU Students are using are property to learn Landscaping Arechecture, Plant Design.  While they also lean about the history of coal Mining that occurred and the Federal No.3 Mining Disaster.
