Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Seth Litt

BIO

Seth Litt joins the Parent Revolution team having spent his entire adult life working tirelessly with educators, students, families and community partners toward educational opportunity and equity. Seth has spent twelve years working in public schools in The South Bronx, New York. He has served as a middle school teacher and a union chapter leader and spent seven years as a school principal, first as a district middle school principal and then as a founding principal of a charter high school designed to serve the students who have the least access to an excellent education, those who are over-age and under-credited and involved with the court system or in foster care. He comes to Parent Revolution with a deep belief that all students, from all communities, in all kinds of situations deserve excellent schools and the opportunities afforded by a high quality education. Seth is excited to continue his work with the families, students, communities and educators of Los Angeles.

Seth holds an undergraduate degree in American Studies, with Thesis Honors, from Tufts University and a master's degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Fordham University. Seth was a 2003 Teach for America Corps member and is a graduate of The New York City Leadership Academy and Relay Graduate School of Education's National Principal Academy Fellowship.
