BIO

THE FOUNDER - Vivian G. Grossman Born into a rural mountain family in the Philippines, Vivian is the eldest child in a family of 13. Determined not only to change her own life, but also the lives of others, Vivian left home in search of an education at eight years old. Not to be stopped by poverty or the extreme odds stacked against her, Vivian went in search of her vision using her love of exploration and wonderment of the future. Ultimately, she not only finished her undergraduate degree, but has since pursued advanced degrees in her new home, the United States of America. At her grade school graduation, Vivian made a promise on stage, during an award ceremony to recognize the top students, that someday she would help those less fortunate achieve their dreams of higher education. A combination of determination, ambition, and effort, helped her work from elementary school through college while remaining the bread winner of the family from the time she was 13. A true believer in the benefits of higher education, Vivian now wants to fulfill her promise by bringing education to the impoverished children of the world. She has been in the Insurance Industry for over five years and also currently, owns several businesses including a Travel & Tour Agency, and an Online Shopping Mall. Proceeds from both contribute to the Vivian Galdiano Berato Educational Foundation. Vivian resides in Colorado with her Chihuahua, LJ and her loving Cat, Missy.
