USBCF current operating programs include: * providing original research on issues ranging from the economic and social impact of caused by passage of the Totalization Treaty (Social Security treaty) with Mexico; the misapplication of the U.S. Constitution with regard to the granting of citizenship to the offspring of illegal aliens residing in the U.S.; an amicus brief filed with regard to the unlawful prosection and conviction of Ramos & Compean, two U.S. Border Patrol agents. * publication and distribution of issue briefs to the U.S. Congress and general on a wide range of immigration-related issues.

BIO

Edward I. Nelson, founder and chairman of U.S. Border Control Foundation, has been active in border and immigration policy for twenty years. Mr. Nelson is also President of U.S. Border Control, a 501(c)(4) lobby group dedicated to reforming U.S. Border and immigration policy. Mr. Nelson has been a political activist since 1978, serving on multiple boards including the Conservative National Committee, Policy Analysis Center, and the American Business Forum.
