Mission Statement

FABSIT's mission is to help foster excellence in education and health care in Turkey through support of the goals and activities of three secondary schools and one non-profit hospital: American Collegiate Institute in Izmir, Tarsus American College in Tarsus, Uskudar American Academy in Istanbul, and SEV Gaziantep American Hospital in Gaziantefor one hundred and thirty years, educated qualified young men and women in Turkey in the values and knowledge needed to help them grow into contemporary leaders contributing to the development of Turkey and the world community; and provided the best modern, scientifically based medical care for the ill regardless of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, nationality or economic status.
