Mission Statement

Our organization provides financial support thru issuance of scholarships and grants assisting student members of the organization as well as funding the educational programs of the international fraternity. The foundation is also able to support, thru fundraising efforts, the refurbishing and remodeling of individual chapter housing areas dedicated for exclusive use of educational purposes.

-Undergraduate scholarship programs available to undergraduate members of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity. -Program support thru grants providing education on current vital topics effecting college students. Elimination of prejudice, drug and alcohol abuse, hazing avoidance, sexual harassment, etc. -Program support thru grants to update and refurbish educational areas of undergraduate chapter housing.

BIO

Chip Luman joined the PA Omega Gamma Chapter at Penn State University in 1986 and served as Archon and twice as Rush Chairman. He is currently the COO of HireVue, Inc. Prior to this he was the SVP of Compensation, Benefits and HR Shared Services with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. While at Schwab, Chip served on several fiduciary committees and was an advisor to the CEO and board of the Charles Schwab Foundation on compensation matters. Chip also worked as a VP & GM for Acclaim Entertainment, and in human resources for The Pepsi Cola Company and Marathon Oil. Chip currently serves on the Board of Directors of HireVue, Inc. and the Advisory Board of IQNavigator, Inc.. He resides in Salt Lake City, UT with his wife, two daughters and son.
