Program 1

We have several fundraisers each year. Currently, in September (Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month), we have three walkathons in New Jersey (Morris County, Bergen County and Monmouth County). Also, we have multiple golf tournaments. The main one is the Diane Castle Memorial Golf Outing in Bergen County. There are additional golf tournaments in New Jersey, including Pinch Brook Ladies League in Florham Park, NJ. Our annual Color of Hope Silent Auction takes place in the spring. This is also when we award our grant recipients. Some of the past recipients include the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, the National Ovarian Early Detection Program in NYC, the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, Hackensack University Medical Center and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. In addition, the co-founders are all ovarian cancer survivors who make themselves available to speak to other women who are dealing with this difficult disease.
