Programs are offered on topics such as dental health, organs and body systems, substance abuse, puberty, safety, nutrition, fitness, and many more. The Center also provides customized corporate health education programs for businesses. Most of the Center's programs are taught in multi-media "teaching theaters" that house high-tech exhibits on the human body. To reach more people and further the message of healthy lifestyles the Byrnes HEC has initiated 2 new platforms of education. Learning Labs take the Center's dynamic programs into school classrooms. E-Learning is web-based health education consisiting of activity sheets, student research projects called "web-quests", digital exhibits, educational web-based games, and student assessments.
