BIO

Constance studied Historic Preservation at Roger Williams University in the 1990's obtaining a bachelor's degree in public administration and later a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) from University of New Haven.  Constance volunteered for House Tours in Bristol, RI and conducted architectural research for Burnside Plantation in Historic Bethlehem Pennsylvania.  She spent many years community organizing and fund raising in her home state (Lehigh Valley, PA).
Constance moved to New London in 2006 and gained interest in the local community by participating in the Neighborhood Academy.  Her development work includes Lawrence & Memorial Hospital and Connecticut College; volunteer activities include Muscular Dystrophy Association, OutCT, and various non-profit organizations.  She has organized many events in the city and has boundless energy.  She is very excited to join New London Landmarks and return to her academic roots of Historic Preservation.  Constance intends to use her fundraising, event planning and community organizing skills to heighten preservation awareness in New London.
