Managing Director

Jessica Kadie-Barclay

BIO

Jessica Kadie-Barclay was born in West Virginia and raised in South Florida. She graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.F.A. in Studio Arts and a minor in Art History. After five years, she left the sales world to work at West Overton Village and Museums, where she was promoted to managing director in 2013. As she expands and diversifies West Overton's appeal by adding a whiskey distillery and overseeing it as a popular regional wedding destination, she is pursuing her Masters in Public Management at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Public Policy & Management. Jessica lives in Scottdale with her son, John, and their cat and dog, Mr. Pie and Underdog. She just bought a 110-year-old home in Scottdale that she is lovingly renovating, which she counts as a hobby, along with her passion for local arts and culture.
