Mission Statement

HBI is a not-for-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the revitalization of Bellefonte and the preservation of the Borough’s rich historic, cultural and architectural heritage. Through a volunteer structure, HBI serves as the umbrella vehicle to coordinate community efforts to carry out its mission. Membership is open to anyone interested in serving the mission.

Includes selling of arts & crafts, historic home tours, children's activities, carriage rides, music and performances. Serves as a community celebration and a fundraiser. A collaborative effort with several Bellefonte groups.
