Program 1

Support for Small and/or Underserved Jewish Communities

Many smaller cities, with
smaller Jewish communities, have less resources for engaging programming for
their young adult populations. JDub has funding in major urban centers (like NY
and LA) but no support to get our artists into the places where they are so
desperately needed. Cities like Portland, Seattle, Austin, Madison, multiple
cities in the South, etc. are thirsty for Jewish culture and, with twelve
artists now on the label, we are making it a priority to reach these smaller
cities and infuse Jewish culture into the lives of the young adults who live
there.

Program 2

General Artist Support

JDub has released two
albums so far this year, with four more scheduled for release in 2009, and five
others in development. It is vital that we allocate appropriate marketing
dollars, and tour support, for these artists to get their music out into the ears
of Jewish young adults everywhere, enhancing JDub’s mission of promoting
authentic Jewish voices in the mainstream.

Program 3

JDub Kids

JDub received a grant from the Grinspoon Foundation to
support the development of the first JDub Kids CD. Following our constituent
base by recognizing that many of the young adults who started off as huge JDub
fans six years ago are now the young parents of the post-millenial generation,
JDub kids music is a logical, and mission driven, next steit is not enough to fully produce the
album and pilot new marketing efforts to a brand new segment of our population.

Program 4

Major Operating Programs

JDub Records works in three interconnected areas, which
comprise the primary objectives to achieve its mission as follows:

· Artist Incubation: strategic
planning with artists creating quality Jewish content to help them reach
self-sufficiency. Currently, there are 12 artists on the label.

· CD Releases: musical content
that speaks to young Jews who are yearning for a Jewish connection that can be
internalized and shared with the mainstream communities within which they live.

· Community Events: organized
around artists, holidays, and concepts, JDub events attract between 150-4,000
participants each and, through media attention, further validate Jewish culture
with its target population.
