Mission Statement

To revitalize the original Italian settlement in the City of San Jose and the county of Santa Clara dating back to the 1880's. As a Non profit organization, we will develop Little Italy San Jose by preserving the Historic district, by promoting our Italian Heritage, and by creating an authentic look and feel of an Italian village and a tourist attraction for the City of San Jose.

Little Italy San Jose Cultural center & Museum

Raised $360,000 from Italian American families in Santa Clara county to purchase the properties for a Cultural center & Museum. We are looking for additional In Kind donations for the remodel of the Historic homes, monetary funds for our Italian Historical museum, and Monetary funds for the build out of an amphitheatre, Bocce courts, and a Grand Piazza for the community.

STATEMENT FROM THE Principal Officer

"Little Italy San Jose is committed to the revival of the original Italian settlement in San Jose dating back to the early 1900's. Little Italy and it's partners have completed the historic renovation of 8 Queen Anne Victorian homes, two of which will be used for an Italian cultural center & Museum with money raised from donors to purchase the properties. In addition Little Italy San Jose has hundred of Thousand of dollars in funds and In Kind donations for the Italian Cultural center and 31 foot "Little Italy San Jose" gateway Arch. Little Italy San Jose has also recruited 4 authentic Italian American Businesses to open in the district and has a Piazza with legacy bricks from Italian families and 30 banners of prominent Italian Americans from Santa Clara County."
