School Based Intermediate Supervisors Institute

The School Based Intermediate Supervisors Institute (SBISI) is a two-year leadership program for newly-assigned and less experienced Assistant Principals designed to build, expand and enhance fundamental school leadership skills. Additionally, ELI pairs each first and second year SBISI participant with an experienced former Supervisor to mentor and guide participants during their first years on the job.
