How does this organization make a difference?

Overview

Self-reported by organization

America is faced with an epidemic of apathy, and the statistics are startling:

More than 50% of the students in our nation live in a household where no adult votes.

Nearly 25% of the voting age public is not registered to vote.

Less than half of 18 and 19 year olds are registered to vote, and at best, one in five will do so by the age of 21.

Only 59% of the voting age public voted in the 2004 presidential election.
